OUR STORY

Core Management Group was founded on a simple belief — residential buildings deserve better.

Better systems, better communication, better people. What started as three directors with decades of combined expertise in Building Management, Facilities Management, compliance, property technology, and licensed trade experience has grown into a director-led team committed to raising the standard of building operations across Sydney.

We built Core Management Group to be the opposite of “set and forget.” We’re hands-on, proactive, and deeply invested in the long-term health of every building we manage. From boutique communities to multi-tower precincts, our focus remains the same: elevate the resident experience, protect asset value, and deliver a management model that’s transparent, accountable, and actually works.

A flexible, traditional approach, tailored by the hour.

Our Part-Time Management package is based on the number of hours of service required per week. This hourly rate model has been the industry standard for decades and still suits many properties seeking targeted, flexible support.

While this model offers benefits in terms of cost control and customisation, it can come with some limitations depending on the scale and complexity of the building.
