OUR STORY
Core Management Group was founded on a simple belief - buildings deserve better.
Better systems, better communication, better people. What started as three directors with decades of combined expertise in Building Management, Facilities Management, compliance, property technology, and licensed trade experience has grown into a director-led team committed to raising the standard of building operations across Sydney.
We built Core Management Group to be the opposite of “set and forget.” We’re hands-on, proactive, and deeply invested in the long-term health of every building we manage. A flexible, traditional approach, tailored by the hour.
Our Part-Time Management package is based on the number of hours of service required per week. This hourly rate model has been the industry standard for decades and still suits many properties seeking targeted, time-based support.
While this model offers benefits in terms of cost control and customisation, it can come with some limitations depending on the scale and complexity of the building.

Every Core+ client has a dedicated Building Manager and also has access to a Director, supported by our dedicated Customer Care Team and smart technology platforms that streamline operations and communication.
Onsite, dedicated, and completely embedded in your building. Our Full-Time Management package is ideal for large or complex properties requiring a dedicated Building Manager onsite.
This is a fully integrated model where one of our experienced team members is assigned exclusively to your site. Fees are calculated based on an hourly structure, with all-inclusive service delivery, allowing for a predictable, scalable, and high-performing solution.
Core Flex is a flexible, on demand work-order based management solution designed for building that require professional support without the commitment of an ongoing Building & Facilities Management agreement.
Services can be engaged on an as-needed basis via a simple work order, approved quotation or agreed scope of works. Core Flex offers two service options: Building Health Check: A cost-effective building inspection and report providing an overview of a property's condition, key risks, maintenance requirements and recommended next steps. On-Demand Support: Site-specific management, maintenance and operational support delivered as required.
