Observation Reports
Observation Reports are non-invasive, visual inspections designed to investigate a specific issue, concern or building matter.
Our consultants review available documentation, conduct a site inspection and assess the available information to identify likely causes, potential risks and recommended next steps.

- Building issues and repair requirements

- Contractor workmanship reviews

Condition Reports
Condition Reports are non-invasive, visual inspections that provide an independent assessment of a property’s overall condition.
The report identifies visible defects, maintenance requirements, operational risks and asset condition, providing owners and managers with a clear understanding of the building’s current state and practical recommendations for future maintenance and budgeting. These reports are commonly used as a baseline assessment for buildings, assets and common property.
